Ticket display procedure
1Tap the "My Page" URL provided in your reservation email.
3Tap the ticket plan you want to use in "Reservation List / Ticket List".
4On the next page, scroll to the bottom and tap "Use Ticket".
5Tap "Confirm/OK" to confirm the use of your reserved ticket.
Tickets can be used starting 30 minutes before the first departure of each bus. Once a ticket is displayed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
6Show the displayed ticket screen to the crew member to board the bus.

Q.Can I pay in cash and board the bus if there is availability when it arrives?
A.Cash payments are not accepted. You will not be able to board without a prior reservation.
Q.Can this ticket be used on a different bus?
A.Changes can be made up to 10 minutes before the first departure of each bus.
Q.Can I save the ticket by taking a screenshot or printing it out?
A.This feature is only compatible with smartphone displays. (It is designed to display the current time to prevent fraud.)
Q.Can I change or cancel my bus reservation after displaying the ticket once?
A.Once you have displayed your ticket, you cannot change or cancel your bus reservation.
